Ksumiyo (“Application”) is provided by RAM AI Technology (“Service Provider”) as a free service. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect user data. By using the Application, you agree to the practices described below.
When you sign in using Google Login or Facebook Login, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture (if provided). This information is used to create and manage your account.
You may optionally provide additional profile details such as first name, last name, location (city/country), age, gender, favorite genre, favorite artist, instrument, and creator name. This information is stored in your user profile and used to personalize your experience.
We use Firebase Analytics to understand how users interact with the Application. This may include song preferences, time spent in the app, device information, and crash data.
We do not collect exact GPS location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera data, payment information, or sensitive personal information.

We use collected data to authenticate users, display and update profiles, provide personalized song recommendations, improve app performance, fix bugs, and understand user behavior. We do not sell data, share data with advertisers, or track users across other apps.
We retain your profile data as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting dev@ksumiyo.com.
The Application is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
